British Open.

Hi there!

At the weekend was my first race in slalom since the world championships in Seu. I was pretty average and ended up in 7th, 6 sec behind winner Huw Swetnam from Great Britain. My feeling on the water was good, I feel like I have gained a lot of power and core strength in the last couple of weeks, but there's still a lot to work on.

The race conditions didn't work for me that well. The water was very very low, and I think knowing the river helps a lot, so a bit of training on the course prior the race would have been good.
